Description
The Peerless CW42P is a double-stacked gas pizza oven with two 42"W x 32"D x 7"H stone decks in a compact 50"-wide footprint, giving you two full-size pizza decks in less space than the competition. Each deck comes standard with 1" pizza stones, for a combined capacity of twelve 12" pizzas or eight 16" pizzas.
Each oven has its own thermostat with a 300°F–650°F range, and Peerless's "Power-Pak" 4-cell burner system with baffle design spreads 60,000 BTU of heat evenly across each deck to eliminate hot spots. Heavily insulated walls and a special vent system help keep heat in the oven and gas costs down.
The CW42P is built with a 20-gauge cold-rolled top and sides, a 14-gauge base, a 20-gauge aluminized steel interior, and an 18-gauge stainless steel front. Controls sit below the door in their own protected area and most can be replaced from the front of the unit.

Gas Type Options:
Available in Natural Gas or Liquid Propane (LP). Both configurations are the same price — simply select the gas type that matches your kitchen's supply when ordering. The oven must be ordered for the correct gas type; conversion after delivery is not recommended.
