How quickly will my order be shipped, and when will it arrive?
Most orders are processed and leave our warehouse within 1–2 business days. In many cases, items ship out the same day. Delivery typically takes 4–7 business days, though extended timeframes will be noted on the product page if applicable. While unexpected delays may occur, we work hard to provide some of the fastest shipping times in the industry.

What payment options are available?

What is your return policy?

Can I cancel my order?
Yes. Orders may be canceled for a 100% refund as long as they have not yet shipped. To request a cancellation, contact us immediately at support@summitsupplydirect.com. Once an order has been dispatched, it will instead fall under our 30-Day Return Policy.

What happens if my order arrives damaged?
We ask that you carefully inspect all deliveries. If there is visible damage to the packaging, please note it on the delivery receipt. If you can’t open the box during delivery but suspect an issue, write “possible damage” on the receipt. Should your item arrive damaged, please email photos to support@summitsupplydirect.com and our team will arrange a replacement or issue compensation.

When will I know my order has shipped?
After your purchase, you’ll receive an email confirming that payment and order details were received. Once your order ships, another email will be sent with a tracking number. If an item is out of stock, we’ll contact you by email or phone within one business day.

Will I receive an order confirmation by email?
Yes. Every order generates an email confirmation. We recommend saving a copy for your records. Please double-check that your email address is correct when placing your order to ensure you receive updates.

Do you charge sales tax?
Sales tax is only applied to orders shipping within Illinois. Customers outside Illinois will not be charged tax, which can mean additional savings.

Can I change my order after placing it?
