What if my order arrives damaged?

We ask that you carefully inspect your package when it is delivered. If you notice any visible damage—even to the outer box—please make a note of it before signing for the delivery. If you cannot open the package during drop-off but suspect an issue, write “possible damage” on the delivery receipt.

Should your order arrive with damage, simply send clear photos to support@summitsupplydirect.com. Our team will quickly arrange either a replacement or refund, typically within one business day.
