A note from our founder
Summit Supply Direct started with a simple idea: give businesses in demanding, professional environments one place to find commercial-grade equipment they can actually trust — at prices that make sense, backed by someone who picks up the phone.
I'm Christian, the founder. My background is in restaurants and bars — I spent years working shifts and learning that industry from the ground up, and saw firsthand how much a reliable espresso machine, a walk-in that doesn't quit, or a grinder that just works can make or break a day. I also saw how frustrating it is to deal with suppliers who disappear the moment the sale is done.
Summit Supply Direct wasn't a lightning-bolt idea — it grew slowly, one product and one customer at a time, out of wanting to build something of my own: a business built on quality equipment, honest pricing, and real support after the sale, no matter what industry you're in.
That last part matters, because Summit Supply Direct has grown well past its restaurant roots. Alongside foodservice and hospitality equipment, we now supply laboratory and scientific equipment too, and that side of the business is one I'm actively investing in and building out. The common thread isn't the industry, it's the standard: durable, professional-grade equipment and a supplier who actually shows up after the sale, whether you're running a kitchen, a lab, or a cold storage operation.
Today, Summit Supply Direct is family owned and operated, and that's not just a tagline — every order that comes through this site gets my personal attention. My goal is to grow this into a true one-stop shop across every industry we serve, with the same level of care no matter what you're ordering.
