Description
The Peerless CW41B is a single-deck gas bake oven with a 42"W x 32"D x 7"H steel deck, sized for two full 18"x26" bun pans. It is a compact, dependable workhorse for breads, rolls, pastries, and roasting in bakeries, restaurants, and institutional kitchens.
A throttling thermostat holds a 250°F–550°F baking range, and Peerless's "Power-Pak" 4-cell burner system with baffle design spreads 60,000 BTU of heat evenly across the deck to eliminate hot spots. Heavily insulated walls help keep heat in the oven and gas costs down.
Built with a 14-gauge base, 20-gauge cold-rolled top and sides, an Armco Type-1 20-gauge aluminized steel interior, and a stainless steel front, this oven is made for years of demanding daily use. Most controls can be replaced from the front of the unit. The CW41B can be stacked with other Peerless sectional ovens as your needs grow.

Gas Type Options:
Available in Natural Gas or Liquid Propane (LP). Both configurations are the same price — simply select the gas type that matches your kitchen's supply when ordering. The oven must be ordered for the correct gas type; conversion after delivery is not recommended.
