The Peerless CE53BESC stacks three tall-deck electric ovens, each with a 42"W x 32"D x 12"H steel deck, in a single 56"-wide footprint. Each deck holds two 18"x26" bun pans, with room for roasts, hotel pans, and taller baked goods.
Each oven has its own digital temperature control (250°F–550°F), and energy-efficient tubular heating elements combined with Peerless's baffle design deliver even heat across every deck. Each oven runs on 220V single-phase power as standard, with three-phase available.
Construction features an aluminized steel interior, enamel finish, and stainless steel front, with digital controls positioned on the right side (SC Series) for easy operation and service.
