Constructed with a stainless steel front and an aluminized interior, the C131B is built for durability in demanding commercial environments. The oven is equipped with the Peerless “Power-Pak” burner system and an integrated baffle design, which work together to promote even heat distribution and reduce hot spots during baking. A digital thermostat with a temperature range of 200°F to 550°F allows for precise control across a wide range of applications, including pizza, pretzels, bagels, and other baked goods.
