Description
The Peerless 2348BE-4 is a four-deck electric bake oven built for high-volume production in a space-efficient footprint. Its four 42"W x 32"D x 7.5"H steel decks hold eight 18"x26" bun pans, ideal for breads, rolls, pastries, and roasting.
This model is configured with four controls — one independent control per deck, with a digital thermostat covering 100°F–650°F. Energy-saving tubular heating elements combined with Peerless's unique baffle system deliver even heat and better baking on every deck.
The 2300-series ovens are built on a 14-gauge hot-rolled base with 20-gauge cold-rolled top and sides, an Armco Type-1 20-gauge aluminized steel interior, and 16-gauge aluminized steel decks, with a black enamel exterior. All controls can be replaced from the side and rear of the unit.
