La Pavoni has been building espresso machines in Italy since 1905, making it one of the oldest commercial espresso manufacturers in the world. The PUB series carries that heritage into a compact, high-volume machine built for coffee shops and quick-service counters that need consistent output without sacrificing shot quality.

Thermal stability across each brew group keeps water temperature constant, and a pre-infusion cycle on every shot delivers the same balanced extraction pull after pull. Core components — Parker solenoids, Sirai pressurestats, and NSF-marked Procon motors — are the same brand-name parts used across La Pavoni's professional line, not cost-reduced substitutes.

Every PUB machine ships with a digital control pad and microprocessor dosing, four programmable cup sizes plus continuous brew and instant-stop, a knob-controlled hot water jet, and one steam wand. Groups are press-forged brass, chrome-plated, with a vertical infusion chamber and pressurization system that eliminates group dripping. An 8-liter water softener is included as standard equipment — installation is required to maintain the warranty.
