Description
The La Pavoni Cellini is a semi-commercial pour-in espresso and cappuccino machine that's fully portable, packing features normally found in larger commercial machines. It's a high-performance, single-boiler machine suited to home use or light commercial applications, with a full-polished AISI 304 stainless steel case.
The internal copper, insulated boiler improves energy efficiency through better thermal stability. The Cellini runs separate steam, water, and espresso functions — each on its own solenoid — so you can operate them at the same time. Cool-touch wands with plastic inserts mean no more burnt fingers.
The 58 mm E-61 commercial coffee group ensures creamy espresso every time, and the compact, portable design also makes it a reliable catering unit.
