The Botticelli Specialty is built for real baristas. It's equipped with BPPC (Brewing Pressure Profile Control), which lets you adjust water pressure during infusion, and dual PIDs that let each boiler be set to its own precise temperature. Depending on your setup, this machine can also be plumbed into a water line, and the steam boiler can be switched off entirely if it isn't needed. A full range of filters and competition shower heads are included for state-of-the-art extraction.
