The Ice-O-Matic KSI-1 SafeIce Upgrade Kit is an OEM field-installable kit designed to add SafeIce® protection to compatible Ice-O-Matic CIM series ice machines manufactured after January 1, 2021. This upgrade enhances food safety by helping reduce the growth of bacteria, mold, and slime within the ice machine’s food zone components.
Engineered to Ice-O-Matic factory specifications, the KSI-1 kit allows technicians to retrofit eligible CIM machines with SafeIce technology, supporting cleaner ice production and long-term equipment hygiene.
