This 36-inch, air-cooled model is designed to operate with a matching “Z” model remote condenser (priced separately), ensuring quieter operation, reduced ambient heat, and improved overall energy efficiency.
Delivering exceptional production output, the KMH-2100SRJZ3 produces up to 2,026 lb. of crescent cube ice per 24 hours at 70°/50°, with 1,925 lb. AHRI-certified performance at 90°/70°. Its durable stainless steel finish ensures long-lasting reliability in demanding environments, while Hoshizaki’s signature crescent cube provides superior clarity, slow melt, and excellent storage efficiency. The unit is further enhanced with H-GUARD Plus Antimicrobial Agent, offering added protection against microbial growth on key ice-contact surfaces.
