The Hoshizaki KMH-2100SRJZ is an ultra-high-capacity, commercial cube-style ice maker engineered to deliver exceptional performance, efficiency, and sanitation in large foodservice, hospitality, and institutional environments. This 36-inch, air-cooled model is designed for use with a matching “Z” model remote condenser (priced separately), providing quieter operation, reduced ambient heat, and improved energy efficiency for demanding, high-volume settings.
Offering outstanding productivity, the KMH-2100SRJZ produces up to 2,034 lb. of crescent cube ice per 24 hours at 70°/50°, with 1,850 lb. AHRI-certified output at 90°/70°. The rugged stainless steel finish withstands heavy commercial use, while Hoshizaki’s signature crescent cube ensures slow melt, exceptional clarity, and excellent bin storage efficiency. The unit is enhanced with H-GUARD Plus Antimicrobial Agent to help protect key ice-contact surfaces from mold and bacteria growth.
