This 30-inch, air-cooled model is designed for use with a matching “Z” model remote condenser (priced separately), offering quieter operation, reduced heat output, and optimized system efficiency—ideal for high-volume kitchens and beverage programs.

Delivering strong daily output, the KMD-860MRJZ produces up to 967 lb. of crescent cube ice per 24 hours at 70°/50°, with 850 lb. AHRI-certified production at 90°/70°. Its durable stainless steel finish provides long-lasting strength, while Hoshizaki’s signature crescent-style cube offers exceptional clarity, slow melt, and excellent bin storage density. Critical ice-contact components are protected with H-GUARD Plus Antimicrobial Agent, helping prevent bacterial and mold growth to support superior sanitation.

Operating with R-404A refrigerant and 208–230V/60/1-phase power at 12.5 amps, this model ensures dependable, consistent performance for high-demand operations. Fully NSF and UL certified, the KMD-860MRJZ meets the industry’s highest standards for sanitation, safety, and reliability.
