This 48-inch, air-cooled model is designed to work with a matching “Z” model remote condenser (priced separately), allowing operators to significantly reduce noise and ambient heat while improving overall system performance.
Built for heavy-duty ice demands, the KM-2600SRJZ3 produces up to 2,617 lb. of crescent cube ice per 24 hours at 70°/50°, with 2,580 lb. AHRI-certified output at 90°/70°. Its durable stainless steel finish ensures long service life in high-volume operations, while Hoshizaki’s signature crescent cube provides exceptional clarity, slow melt, and superior bin storage density—ideal for beverage service, banquet operations, and bulk ice needs. Critical components are protected with H-GUARD Plus Antimicrobial Agent, helping inhibit bacteria and mold growth for improved sanitation.
