Description

The Hoshizaki KM-1900SRJZ3 is a high-capacity, commercial cube-style ice maker engineered for powerful, energy-efficient performance in demanding foodservice, hospitality, and institutional environments. This 48-inch, air-cooled model is designed for use with a matching “Z” model remote condenser (priced separately), which reduces noise, lowers ambient heat, and enhances overall system efficiency.

Designed for reliable, large-volume ice production, the KM-1900SRJZ3 produces up to 1,933 lb. of crescent cube ice per 24 hours at 70°/50°, with 1,700 lb. AHRI-certified output at 90°/70°. Its rugged stainless steel finish provides exceptional durability, while Hoshizaki’s signature crescent cube ensures clear, slow-melting ice with excellent storage density. Key components feature H-GUARD Plus Antimicrobial Agent protection to help inhibit bacteria and mold growth, supporting cleaner, safer operation.

Running on R-404A refrigerant and 208–230V/60/3-phase power at 13.5 amps, this ENERGY STAR® certified unit offers outstanding efficiency without compromising performance. Fully NSF and UL certified, the KM-1900SRJZ3 meets the highest industry standards for sanitation and safety.
