The Hoshizaki KM-1601SRJZ3 is a high-capacity, commercial cube-style ice maker engineered for superior performance in large-volume foodservice operations. This 48-inch, air-cooled model is designed for use with a matching “Z” model remote condenser (priced separately), offering enhanced heat dissipation, quieter operation, and improved efficiency in demanding environments.

Delivering exceptional ice output, the KM-1601SRJZ3 produces up to 1,635 lb. of ice per 24 hours at 70°/50°, with 1,600 lb. AHRI-certified production at 90°/70°. Its durable stainless steel finish and signature crescent cube design ensure optimal clarity, slow melt, and maximum storage efficiency. Equipped with H-GUARD Plus Antimicrobial Agent, this unit provides added protection against mold and bacteria growth on key components.

Operating on R-404A refrigerant and 208–230V/60/3-phase power at 12.8 amps, this ice maker is both powerful and energy efficient—earning the ENERGY STAR® certification. Designed to meet high standards, the KM-1601SRJZ3 is fully NSF and UL certified for sanitation and safety.
