This 48-inch, air-cooled unit is designed for use with a matching “Z” model remote condenser (sold separately), allowing for quieter operation, reduced heat in the kitchen, and improved overall efficiency.
Capable of producing up to 1,640 lb. of ice per 24 hours at 70°/50°, with 1,600 lb. AHRI-certified output at 90°/70°, the KM-1601SRJZ delivers exceptional performance for large restaurants, hotels, banquet facilities, and institutional operations. Its durable stainless steel finish ensures long-term durability, while Hoshizaki’s signature crescent cube promotes efficient storage, slow melt, and consistent ice quality. The unit is further enhanced with H-GUARD Plus Antimicrobial Agent, providing added protection against bacteria and mold growth on key components.
