The Hoshizaki KM-1301SRJZ3 is a high-capacity, commercial cube-style ice maker engineered for superior performance, efficiency, and sanitation in busy foodservice and hospitality environments. This 48-inch, air-cooled model is designed for use with a matching “Z” model remote condenser (priced separately), offering enhanced heat dissipation, quieter operation, and improved overall system efficiency.

Built for heavy-duty production, the KM-1301SRJZ3 generates up to 1,433 lb. of crescent cube ice per 24 hours at 70°/50°, with 1,330 lb. AHRI-certified output at 90°/70°. Its durable stainless steel finish ensures long-lasting reliability in demanding commercial settings. Hoshizaki’s signature crescent cube provides excellent clarity, slow melt, and superior storage density, while surfaces are protected with H-GUARD Plus Antimicrobial Agent to inhibit bacteria and mold growth.

Operating with R-404A refrigerant on 208–230V/60/3-phase power at 12.8 amps, this model delivers powerful, efficient performance and carries the ENERGY STAR® certification for reduced energy consumption. Fully NSF and UL certified, the KM-1301SRJZ3 meets the highest standards for sanitation and safety.
