Delivering robust production capacity, the KM-1301SRJZ yields up to 1,400 lb. of crescent cube ice per 24 hours at 70°/50°, with 1,260 lb. AHRI-certified performance at 90°/70°. Built with a durable stainless steel finish, this unit is equipped with Hoshizaki’s signature crescent cube—a reliable, slow-melting ice shape known for superior bin storage efficiency. The evaporator surfaces are protected with H-GUARD Plus Antimicrobial Agent, helping inhibit bacterial growth for enhanced sanitation.
