Description
The Brunner-Anliker XL Star is a Swiss-made, heavy-duty continuous-feed vegetable cutter built for large-volume food prep. It processes up to 661 lbs (300 kg) per hour, and its large 2,100 cm³ kidney-shaped feed neck takes whole produce, saving prep time before cutting even starts.
Brunner-Anliker's signature "drawing cut" blade geometry slices the way a skilled chef's knife does, minimizing cell damage so cut produce keeps its nutrients and stays fresh longer. With up to 50 cutting options, including specialty Brunoise and Gaufrette cuts through the rotating right-side feed neck, and large 240 mm ceramic/PTFE-coated discs, the XL Star is built for high-volume commercial kitchens.
