Description
The Brunner-Anliker TO-7 is a Swiss-made tomato slicing disc that cuts 3/16" (5 mm) slices. It is designed for soft, juicy produce, slicing tomatoes cleanly without crushing them, and it fits Brunner-Anliker Anliker XL and XL Star vegetable cutters (240 mm / 9.4" disc size); also fits the XXL and XXL Pro.
Brunner-Anliker discs use a "drawing cut" blade geometry that slices the way a sharp chef's knife does, minimizing cell damage so cut produce keeps its texture and stays fresh longer.
Ideal For:
Tomatoes, iceberg lettuce, pineapple, oranges, lemons and much more.
