The Brunner-Anliker GSM 5 Star is a Swiss-made continuous-feed vegetable cutter built for restaurants, catering, healthcare and any commercial kitchen that wants to save time and labor on food prep. Cast entirely of high-grade stainless steel, it processes up to 330 lbs (150 kg) per hour while delivering precise, consistent cuts every time.
Brunner-Anliker's signature "drawing cut" blade geometry slices the way a skilled chef's knife does, minimizing cell damage so cut produce keeps its nutrients and stays fresh longer. With up to 50 cutting options, including specialty Brunoise and Gaufrette cuts through the rotating right-side feed neck, one machine can handle slicing, julienne, dicing, shredding, grating and more.
