Description
The Brunner-Anliker G3-7 is a Swiss-made coarse slicing disc that cuts 1/8" (3 mm) slices. It produces clean, uniform slices for salads, sides, stir-fries, soups and pizza toppings, and it fits Brunner-Anliker Anliker XL and XL Star vegetable cutters (240 mm / 9.4" disc size); also fits the XXL and XXL Pro.
Brunner-Anliker discs use a "drawing cut" blade geometry that slices the way a sharp chef's knife does, minimizing cell damage so cut produce keeps its texture and stays fresh longer.
Ideal For:
Cucumbers, carrots, onions, mushrooms, peppers, pepperoni, cabbage, lettuce, olives, radishes, zucchini, strawberries, apples, bananas, kiwi and much more.
