The Across International SR300 Stainless Steel Reactor is a large-scale industrial reactor system designed for pharmaceutical production, chemical synthesis, food processing, solvent recovery, and pilot-scale manufacturing.
Constructed with pharmaceutical-grade 316L stainless steel wetted components and an electropolished internal chamber, the SR300 provides exceptional durability, sanitary operation, and superior vacuum performance.
The system features a dual-jacket temperature control system, shell-and-tube condenser with 110 tubes, dual collection tanks, and a heavy-duty stainless steel frame, making it ideal for large-volume industrial processing environments.
Peer-reviewed models equipped with a pneumatic motor are approved for hazardous environments (C1D1).
