The Across International SR200 Stainless Steel Reactor is a large-capacity processing reactor designed for pharmaceutical production, chemical synthesis, cannabis extraction processing, food-grade processing, and pilot-scale manufacturing environments.

Built with pharmaceutical-grade 316L stainless steel wetted components and an electropolished internal chamber, the SR200 provides exceptional corrosion resistance, sanitary operation, and superior vacuum performance.

This reactor system features a dual-jacket temperature control system, shell-and-tube condenser with 70 tubes, and a heavy-duty stainless steel frame with integrated stirring motor controller, making it ideal for large-scale laboratory and industrial applications.

Peer-reviewed configurations are available for C1D1 hazardous environments when equipped with the pneumatic motor system.
