The Across International SR100 Stainless Steel Reactor is a pharmaceutical-grade processing reactor designed for chemical synthesis, solvent processing, pharmaceutical production, food-grade processing, and pilot-scale manufacturing.

Constructed with 316L stainless steel wetted parts and an electropolished internal chamber, the SR100 reactor provides exceptional corrosion resistance, improved vacuum performance, and sanitary processing conditions required for pharmaceutical, food, and semiconductor industries.

The system features a dual-jacket design for superior temperature control, a shell-and-tube condenser with 70 tubes for efficient condensation, and a heavy-duty stainless steel frame with integrated stirring motor controller for compact and reliable operation.
