The Across International IH45AB Dual-Station Induction Heater is a high-performance 45 kW mid-frequency induction heating system designed for rapid and energy-efficient heating of metals in laboratories, manufacturing environments, and industrial workshops.
Operating within a 30–80 kHz frequency range, the IH45AB provides precise and consistent heating for applications such as diamond tool brazing, copper soldering, metal cutting, heat treatment, and annealing of stainless steel components.
The system features a dual-station configuration, allowing the heating coil assembly and controller to be separated by up to 7 feet, improving safety and flexibility during operation. Its powerful output, digital control system, and efficient cooling design make the IH45AB ideal for demanding industrial heating applications.
⚠ Note: This model operates on 460–480 V three-phase power (380 V version available upon request).
