Description

The Across International AT19-UL Vacuum Oven is a UL-certified laboratory vacuum oven designed for precise drying, curing, degassing, and solvent removal applications. Featuring a 1.9 cubic foot stainless steel chamber, this compact yet powerful vacuum oven provides excellent temperature control and reliable vacuum performance while maintaining a small laboratory footprint.

Equipped with advanced 5-sided pad heating technology, thermal-conductive aluminum shelves, and a 4th generation PID temperature controller, the AT19-UL delivers outstanding temperature uniformity, faster heating rates, and precise temperature stability. The oven also includes all stainless steel internal tubing and compression fittings, allowing the system to maintain deeper vacuum levels and longer vacuum hold times compared to rubber tubing systems.

Each oven undergoes two separate 24-hour vacuum leak tests and is 100% quality controlled in New Jersey or Nevada before shipment.

Initial Operating Instructions

Before first use, run the oven at 200°C (400°F) without vacuum for 15 minutes to burn off any residue introduced during manufacturing.
