Count top toaster shall be ENERGY STAR compliant electric-heated unit, with a hermetically sealed chamber that produces steam to heat the 7-gauge stainless steel toaster plate. Efficient steam heat transfer provides 200-400 degrees F (93-204 degrees C). Toaster fabricated from cold-rolled stainless steel with 1" high back splach and 1" sides with 3 7/8" wide by 1/2" deep full front crumb trough. 208v/60/3-ph 9.6kW 27 amps. No hood required in most areas. Unit to be UL listed, UL EPH Sanitation Certified (NSF/ANSI 4) and manufactured in USA.
